What a way to end the first month of wedding season. The day was absolutely gorgeous. Emily & Eric where married at the Alexandria Golf and country club on a beautiful sunny Louisiana day. There was laughter, smiles, and a sweet tear here and there, but mostly, these two were just so happy to finally be man and wife. You could feel the joy in the air. It was one of those fun beautiful days that reminds me why I love my job so much. Why love makes us all smile, it just warms the heart.
Emily & Eric,
I can’t thank you enough for being such wonderful clients. Your smiles and light hearted joy just makes being around you all the more fun. I have no doubt life will bless you both and that you will spend many a year laughing together. Your day was absolutely gorgeous and I was so honored to be a part of it all. God bless you both. Always.

Emily had these adorable hangers made for every one in the bridal party. She even had one made for me. I have it hanging in my office because it is so sweet and beautiful. Thanks so much Emily, I love it!!

A photo of Emily’s grandmother adorned her bouquet. Present in heart and spirit. A sweet reminder of the love of family.

These wonderful guys where kind enough to hold the bouquets for the girls while we were taking photos. I couldn’t help snapping a shot. They just looked so cute.

I am a Wedding & Lifestyle photographer, Spider hater, hot tea drinker, sarcasm loving, mom of two boys, and center of my sexy hubby’s world. I truly believe there is no better job than to capture the memories of the most special times in a client’s life. I believe in passion, in love, in forever lasting romance, in hope, in joy, and in laughing until you almost pee yourself, because laughter heals the heart. I believe the glass is half full…and even if it really is half empty, I’d rather not know. I choose a smile over a frown, tears of joy over tears of sorrow, and I believe that brokenness makes your stronger, not weaker, so take the negative life may throw your way, and turn it into the stepping block you need to climb higher in life, always keep yourself at the higher level instead of lowering yourself down to the level of others.
I service all of Louisiana including, Lake Charles, Sulphur, Westlake, Carlyss, Eunice, Alexandria, Shreveport, Lafayette, New Orleans, Monroe, and Natchitoches. Serving all of Texas including, Beaumont, Dallas, Huston, and Orange Texas. Serving Mississippi and Alabama.
